Blog#3: Mori Art Museum (Minako)

Hello. This is Minako. Today, please let me talk about the art museum I visited recently.

In February, this year, I went to Roppongi to go to a planetarium. The senior of my alma mater was sponsoring the planetarium. The planetarium was opened on the 52nd floor of Mori Tower in Roppongi. The one artist's exhibition was held by chance in the 53rd floor of the same building then. We went in passing there.

When we visited, the exhibition of an artist called Makoto Aida (会田誠) was held there.

 

When said honestly, since his work was too eccentric, I was not able to understand at all. Since We did not understand a meaning too much, we looked at his work and we laughed. I do not like his work. I cannot recommend it to you.

 

Although I like going to a museum, do not like going to an art museum.

Blog#3:Trick art museum(Masaki S.)

Trick art museum in Tkaosan is so famaous and interesting place that I have been there.

I went for the first time there at 12 years old. Trick art museum is diffirent from other museums. It is built in 1996 in the Mt.takao. There is not only the trick art but also the fantastic work in the trick art museum. For exsample it have "Den of the kaleidoscope" by Yamami him who is the first person of the kaleidoscope.

By the way do you know Trick art ? trick art had become an established art form by the time of the Renaissance era.

Blog#3:Hoshi no ojisama musiam(Misaki)

Hello,I'm Misaki. I went to Hoshi no ojisama museum at HAKONE in last summer with my sister. This museum was build in 1999 for the first time in the world. There were a lot of nature(tree, flower) and exhibits of Hoshi no ojisama and Saint-Exupery who is the author of this story.  His photos, letters and favorite products were displayed, and his life and story of writing activity were presented.



In museum, there were flower garden, exhibition hall, theater, chapel, restaurant, museum shop.
All building was so cute and link to story.
I was excited. I want to go to this museum again and buy many goods.

Blog #3: Tomihiro art museum (Yuta Mizuma)

Hello, my friends :)
Today I'll tell you one museum that I've been to. Look at a picture below.

Painted with hand or mouth ?

 

Do you think he has painted with his hand ? Actually, no. He painted this picture by his mouth !! Can you believe it ? This work is exhibited in Tomihiro art museum which location is Midori city, Gunma. When I was 6th grade of elementary school, I visited there. It was during a school trip. I liked his works very much. It was because his works contained of course pictures and poetries, so I got what he wanted tell me clearly.

One of what I saw in the museum was the picture above. One poetry on right side says following thing: "How many do these leaves fall for one flower during one winter ? The camellia leaves which is polished by the wind of winter  is twinkling like my mother". It wants to tell us that chirlren can't grow without thier paresnts or adults around them, I think. I recommend you to visit that museum !! You can get to know its reason if you go there. I'm kidding ! It's because you can find what humans need to follow in dairy lives with his works.

Blog#3:MOMA (Yuichi)

 Hi. This is Yuichi. Where I have been to museum is MOMA. MOMA is located in NY. MOMA is initial of "The Museum Of Modern Art". There are many arts which from ancient arts to modern arts.

Building is stylish! 

I have been to MOMA in January. It was very cold. There are very famous artist's arts in here. To my surprise, we can take pictures!! In Japanese museum, we can't believe that.

I had never dreamed that I have watched such famous arts. I had been exciting !! When I have been to       NY, I have been to The Metropolitan Museum and The American Museum of  Natural History, but I like MOMA. I have had very good time!

blog#2:My hobby (Masaki S.)

My hobby is driving a car. I heve gone to Various places. For exsample FujiQ in yamanashi, Naeba in Niigata and others. And I like watching the car race. 

 I have watched F1 in Singapore ever year since I am 12. F1 is so exciting Entertainment that I  get goose bumps when I watch it. F1 to be held in Singapore is an only  night race plane.

Blog#2 My Part-time jobs(Ryo)

I do two part-time jobs.  I worked about 4 and 5 times in a week.  First,  I work as a shop staff at Oshman's in Harajuku. Oshman's is a apparel shop,  also it mainly sells outdoor wear and outdoor shoes,  surf wear and so on.  For it is at Harajuku,  many tourists come every day.  So there is an opportunity to talk with tourists in english.

Second,  I work as a hall staff in Gyushige at Nerima.  Gyushige sells roast meats for example,  Kalbi （カルビ）and Harami（ハラミ）, Rose（ロース） and so on. I especially recomennend Ishiyaki-Bibinba（石焼ビビンバ）. If you eat it in condition with hot!! and It is very delicious!!

Blog#2: Globefish (Minako)

Hello. This is Minako.

Recently, I ate a globefish for the first time. I went to Fukuoka and Yamaguchi with my friend in March, this year. A globefish is a special product of Yamaguchi. Although I expected a globefish very much, I did not think that a globefish was delicious in practice. The taste of that was very frank. I was not pleased with a globefish. I was disappointed.

However, I have some which are very pleasing in Yamaguchi. It is Akiyoshido. It is the greatest limestone cave in Japan. It was very beautiful. I think that I cannot finish telling the beauty with a photograph. I recommend you to go to Akiyoshido.

Blog#2:Kyoto trip (Misaki)

I took two day trip to Kyoto recently with my friend. This trip was our first trip that take only us, so it was very precious memory. We went a lot of noted places, for example Nijoujou, Kiyomizudera, Gion and Ryoanji. At night, we went to see some temple was lit up, these were so beautiful.

One of the my favorite Kyoto' noted place is Ryoanji. This temple has famous Japanese garden-"the rock garden". It is article garden made of rock and sand and the creator's design technique is really superb.

We ate a green tea parfait at GionTsujiri. Tsujiri is famous "Ujimaccha"store that sell a parfait and a cake of green tea, it is very delicious!

These are more exiting place and something in Kyoto.
