Blog#6: My Challenge (Minako)

Hello. This is Minako. I would like to talk about my challenge of this summer.

I walked along Yamanote Line with my friend. We gathered at Mejiro Station at 8:00.

Mejiro Station
We continued walking, while it was raining. We departed from Mejiro Station, and walked to Ikebukuro, Otsuka, Sugamo Station in turn. We had beakefast at Sugamo Station and began to walk again. Rain stopped.
We began to walk from 8:00, and when we arrived at Tokyo Station, it was 13:00. Since many tourists were in front of Tokyo Station, we got one person in them to take a photograph.

Tokyo Station
We rested for about one hour, having lunch at next Yurakucho Station of Tokyo Station. I walked having brought two pairs of shoes and changing them by turns. When we arrived at Meguro Station at 16:30, we noticed the serious thing. We noticed that we ignored Osaki Station. I was very shocking. We determined to walk along two stations and to return, as a result of consulting. We walked about 4 kilometer vainly.

Mejiro Station
We continued walking for eight hours without resting, and arrived at Mejiro Station at 21:00. Although I was very tired, I was very pleasant. However I thought that I did not do again.

  1. Wasn't it a hot and dusty walk? What was your course - did you follow the Yamanote line? I think it must have been really a hard thing to do. I hope it was fruitful in some way.
